Location: Melkoniementie 1300, 59210 Melkoniemi (Parikkala), on the shore of Lake Simpelejärvi.

Main building: 2 bedrooms + kitchen-living room + WC/shower + sauna + glazed terrace.

Yard area: Separate yard sauna with a bedroom and a built-in hot tub on the terrace, as well as a versatile summer kitchen (brick stove/oven, open fireplace, gas grill, refrigerator).

Equipment: Television, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, full dinnerware for 10 people, and other modern amenities (microwave, coffee maker, toaster, iron, etc.).

Sleeping arrangements: Total 3+3+2 beds + living room sofa + extra mattresses if needed.

For children: Swing, sandbox, trampoline and a shallow, child-friendly sandy beach.

Water: Tap water comes from the water cooperative. The lake has an excellent fish stock (pike-perch, pike, perch). Rowboat available.

Linen: 15 €/person.

Final cleaning: 120 € (you can also do it yourself).
