Kitee Animal Park

The animal park, located in Kitee as part of the Pajarinhovi tourist center, offers genuine closeness to nature and a relaxed atmosphere. Over 200 individuals live in the park's spacious enclosures, and a two-kilometer outdoor trail leads visitors deep into the forest. Along the trail, you can meet, among others, the king of the forest, the bear, majestic lynxes, fluffy yaks, alpacas, and playful wild boars. Bird lovers will also find plenty to admire, including peacocks, emus, and unique all-black Ayam Cemani chickens.

Because the trail runs through forested terrain, a trip to the animal park is also a refreshing nature walk.
