Joutsen is a cozy and homely cottage located right on the shore of Lake Simpele. Joutsen was renovated in 2024. The cottage has a large, flat yard and a shallow sandy beach for children or pets to play. The cottage has a floor area of 92/70 m2, with rooms including a kitchen-living room, a fireplace room, a bedroom, a wood-heated sauna, a washroom, and a dressing room. There is also a garage in the yard. You can also stay at Joutsen in winter.
